  • Customer Service Support: Get dedicated assistance with repairs and loss/damage warranty replacements whenever you need it.

Our Exclusive Family Service Plan:

One Free Addition: You can add one family member to your existing Five-Year Comprehensive Hearing Aid Service Plan for no extra service charge.

  • Additional Members: Each additional family member beyond the first will cost an extra $1500 for five years of coverage.

  • Hearing Aids Not Included: The service plan fees do not cover the cost of the hearing aids themselves or any needed accessories for any family members.

  • Cost: $1500 for each addition (beyond the first) for the full 5-year coverage.

Our Repair Policy

  • In-Warranty Repairs: We provide repairs for your hearing aids at no charge during the warranty period. This covers standard malfunctions and issues covered by Phonak's manufacturer warranty.

  • Potential Out-of-Warranty Charges: If there's damage to the hearing aid's circuit or shell, the manufacturer will determine if it can be repaired without charge. In some cases, even with our warranty, repair costs may apply.

  • Reprogramming: Regardless of repair charges, we always ensure your hearing aids are reprogrammed with your latest settings.

  • Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling is not included within our Five-Year Comprehensive Hearing Aid Service Plan and will vary, based on your location.

Our Replacement Policy:

We offer a one-time courtesy replacement for lost or damaged (beyond repair per manufacturer) hearing aids within the warranty period.

This is not an insurance program and replacements are subject to the manufacturer’s approval. We will reprogram the replacement aid to the most recent settings and ship them to the patient's home. Shipping and handling rates are not included in the Comprehensive Hearing Aid Service Plan, and will vary, based on your location.

Cost: $300 deductible is charged per device replaced within warranty.

  • For the hearing aid user: The TV Connector sends a clear, amplified signal directly to the hearing aids, enhancing their ability to understand TV dialogue.

  • For others in the room: The audio from the TV continues to play normally through the TV's speakers, so everyone can enjoy the program at a comfortable volume.

Essentially, the Phonak TV Connector bridges the gap, letting the hearing aid user hear the TV at their own personalized volume while others can enjoy the sound as they normally would.

Phonak PartnerMic Microphone $400


The Phonak PartnerMic is a discreet remote microphone that streams a speaker's voice directly to compatible Phonak hearing aids, improving speech understanding in noisy environments. The PartnerMic comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Phonak Roger On In FM Mic $1750

The Phonak Roger On iN is a versatile wireless microphone designed for challenging listening situations. It offers automatic, pointing, lapel, and table mic modes for adapting to group settings, noisy environments, and presentations.

Featuring advanced noise filtering, Phonak Roger On iN FM microphone works better than the PartnerMic in noisy situations. In addition to streaming to Phonak hearing aids, we include the cost of receiver activation for networking with other Roger devices. It also comes with a full two-year repair warranty through Phonak.
